Takeaways restaurants - Order food online

An absolute disgrace of a takeaway sending out half an order. The delivery driver arguing over it and then just driving off with out sorting it out. Then for the shop to say it will be an hour for it to be re delivered. When asked for the money back instead the women said they don't do refunds an absolute joke would not recommend them at all

Today, two young kids who are well know in the town for anti-social behavior and reaking havoc , entered Momma Mia's and proceeded to harass a lovely, well mannered small group PAYING customers. The mini-thugs faced off with those sitting at the table minding their own business and started jeering and throwing paper and bottle caps at the group sitting and eating and in general, doing their best to intimidate and belittle with their well rehersed antics. All the attention was on them. The people behind the counter acted oblivious, even though it played out in front of them. NO ONE FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT, not a manager, cashier, cook, no one interviened. No one asked if they could help or what happened. So I did. I was told by the woman behind the counter to not mind them as this is a regular occurrence! So, they tolerate it. Those nice kids of course left without finishing their meal. I believe they deserve a refund!! How can management expect loyal patronage if they have such an indifference to paying customers?! Im not going back.
